Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind Lumea Corsa’s digital presence. From crafting compelling content to executing high-performance social strategies, you’ll be responsible for engaging our audience, growing our brand, and ensuring Lumea Corsa stands out in the motorsport industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute engaging content strategies across all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
• Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a passionate motorsport-focused community.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and manage social media campaigns to maximize brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize content based on data-driven insights.
• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of industry trends, motorsport news, and social media innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Paid Media Oversight: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
• Crisis Management: Handle social media crises professionally and protect Lumea Corsa’s online reputation.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for visuals, trends, and engagement strategies.
• Deep understanding of social media analytics, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
• Ability to create and edit short-form videos, reels, and eye-catching graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with paid social media strategies and performance tracking.
Personal Attributes:
• Fluent in Indonesian and English (additional European language is a plus).
• A motorsport enthusiast with a strong understanding of the industry’s culture and audience.
• Highly creative, proactive, and results-driven.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Location:
• Resides within a 1-hour commute to Sentul, West Java.
