Role Overview
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by securing new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting brands with motorsport personas, leveraging your industry knowledge, and creating impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new brand clients and partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at brands and agencies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with company objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Insight & Reporting: Interpret data to deliver insight-driven reports against KPIs and campaign performance.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client campaigns are executed flawlessly and achieve desired results.
- Process Improvement: Drive internal processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively, providing innovative solutions.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client and talents information with discretion and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven professional with:
- Experience & Skills:
- Extensive experience in account management or business development, either brand- or agency-side.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong connections with brands or decision-makers at agencies across region would be an advantage.
- A deep understanding of brand storytelling and motorsport’s unique value.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and delivering insight-led reports.
- Personal Attributes:
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (additional European language is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated to learn and innovate.
- Comfortable managing up, down, and across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
- Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A calming presence and steady operator during busy periods.
- A natural leader who inspires by example.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Location:
- Resides within a 1-hour commute to Sentul, West Java.
