Role Overview
As a Personal Assistant, you will support the Senior APAC Business Development Manager and Senior Partnership Manager in their daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing travel arrangements, acting as the key point of contact for certain engagements, and filtering priorities to ensure smooth workflow. This is a high-paced role requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for the two senior managers.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, andaccommodations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of the managers during certainengagements.
- Filter and prioritize incoming requests to ensure the managers focus on high-prioritytasks.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and emailcorrespondence.
- Attend meetings (on-site and virtual) and take minutes when required.
- Support the managers in preparing reports, presentations, and other key materials.
- Proactively handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with:
- Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant in a high-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

- Logistical Requirements:
- Holds a valid passport and is eligible for a Schengen visa.
- Resides within a 1-hour commute to Sentul, West Java.
